Living In The NOW – Enjoying The Ride

Feel like Life is passing you by?  Take time to enjoy the ride!

Living “in the now” and enjoying Life no matter what you’re going through such as an illness,  bad finances, personal relationships,  is key to having a fulfilled Life no matter what the circumstances are.

All it takes is a “shift” of consciousness, changing our negative thoughts to positive ones.  In Eckhart Tolle’s  book “The Power Of Now” he talks about changing our thoughts to positive ones no matter what we are going through as we will attract happier people and situations in our lives.

IT’S OKAY, TAKE A DAY OFF TO TAKE TIME TO SMELL THE ROSES…

Get some fresh air at a beach or a park, write, paint, sculpt, play music, or get into some arts and crafts, whatever you enjoy, simply do this as it will make you feel alive again.

I LOVE this scene from “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” as Ferris (played by a young Matthew Broderick) tells everyone:

“Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

 It’s A beautiful Day, Don’t Let It Get Away…

CREATE CHANGE NOW

Best-Selling Author of the book “Create Change Now”  Cari L. Murphy

has an internet radio show named “Create Change Now”,   a very positive and uplifting show that shows you HOW to create positive change in your life. It’s much more than the Law Of Attraction.

The video below by Morcheeba says it all…

“Stop chasing shadows, just enjoy the ride”…

Special thanks to my friend Jennifer Steele for posting this video and inspiring me as always!

“It’s A Beautiful Life” by 90’s Swedish sensation pop group Ace Of Base brings home the point to just simply enjoy Life…

REMEMBER , IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU AND THE CHOICES YOU MAKE TO EITHER BE HAPPY OR NOT.

I’ll leave you with this very funny scene from “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” when Ferris (Matthew Broderick) is on a float singing “Twist And Shout” as he’s living very much in the moment and taking it all in with a big smile.
